Outstanding communication and affordable service. My service was done with updates of the mechanic's evaluation, estimate and his comments along the entire process of repair. There were no surprises and I didn't feel pressured to add or purchase anything extra beyond my repairs.

Monday morning I spoke to Sarah at Gary’s Auto Service and they are going to send someone to check if the old Ford is ready to see Jesus. Over the weekend I resolved the fact if it’s the transmission or something in the thousands…it’s time to spend the money for a replacement. I do want to give Mike Moehlenkamp and the employees at Gary’s big kudos for keeping me safe all these years. They have NEVER tried to up-sale a service that wasn’t needed for the old Ford…. which speaks volumes! I believe in trading with local businesses first. Thankful for companies here in Florissant like Gary’s!
