Has an appt. Turned out there was ice storm day before. Still got me in on time and finished without delay.

This place is great. Had an emergency steering issue got car towed there and Sara was on top of it got us worked in and out in same day.

I was able to get my car in right away, they communicated very well and was straight forward about everything, and worked on getting it fixed right away. Highly recommend!

The Service Writers are always courteous and professional. They are easy to talk to and don't "talk down" to their customers and always take the time to ensure the customer understands what repairs are immediately necessary and which ones can wait. I have to believe the professional attitude of the Service Writers is indicative of the professionalism of the technicians in the shop performing the maintenance on their customers' vehicles.

This shop is exceptional in every way! They go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Answer all your questions so that you understand. Brian, Nate and Sara are the best. As an older woman I would recommend this shop to all older woman afraid to take their car for service because they’re afraid of being taken advantage of. Truly not the case at Gary’s.

From the initial call until I picked up my vehicle, everything was on point. Even the quote was spot on. My new garage!
