Top level service, took great care of my truck. The best shop in north county.

Was getting my Cadillac CTS serviced at the dealership and the whole time my car ran like crap, the customer service was awful, I took it to Garys and not only was the customer service the best I’ve ever seen, Nate is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you in a way that you can understand. They took great care of my car and it’s running the best that it’s ever ran since I’ve owned it. I liked how they treated me and my car so much I took my Silverado truck to them for A/C service , it was blowing hot air. It’s so cold now that it will give you frostbite. The level of service at this shop is unmatched in the entire St. Louis metro region and its now my go to shop for all my mechanical needs. Five star service with top level mechanics they absolutely know what they are doing.

This has been the most respectful and courtesous staff I have encountered dealing with car problems. I came doubtful as to what could be done and Nate and the entire staff has given me a place of trust, assurance and dignity and I am forever grateful and blessed to know there are still good people and businesses willing to talk to you and not at you and explain step by step the process of services needed on an individual basis, I am fully committed to having Gary's be my only place of business. Thank you for your patience and all that you do.
