Florissant auto repair

First time going, and needed only an oil change. They did a basic inspection and there was nothing wrong. Which is a good thing because it shows they weren't making up problems that don't exist. I've been in shops where they try to sell unnecessary car repairs to make more money. From my first experience, Gary's Auto did well. So I would definitely bring my car back. Good customer service also. They also seemed very organized and managed well.

I've never had a bad experience with these guys, they've never overcharged me or tacked on additional charges without letting me know and while car repairs these days are ALWAYS very expensive, when these guys have fixed my 2001 Chevrolet Metro, what they've fixed has stayed fixed. And customer service? Nathan is outstanding and always lets me know what's going on with my car.

I visited Gary's for the first time last week because I received a coupon in the mail to get my oil changed. I was able to make an appointment so that my car was worked on as soon as I arrived. I waited a very short amount of time in their brand new waiting area and was finished. It was a very quick and easy process.

Great service and fast work. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a good shop.

Gary's explained that a lot less work was needed then what were originally told, which in turn saved us a LOT!!! of money :) well over 250.00. My car was done by lunch the next day! They have AMAZING customer service, being a woman and not understanding cars at all they easily explained everything to me. Its refreshing to see such trustworthiness and caring from Gary's. They even had a follow up call to make sure everything was operating properly. Gary's Auto Service will now be the only company that will EVER work on my car again :) Hats off to you Gary!!!!
